Bravo Catering was born from the passion of two great chefs, Malena Kendel and Christian Bravo.
Two gourmet chefs who bring a fine dining style to every event through their food, drinks, and quality service.

Malena Kendel
Director of Operations
He oversees every detail of the operation and his pursuit of perfection, profound knowledge of wine, and service provide a unique touch to the catering.
He has been a sommelier and floor manager at major restaurants, a professor of oenology at the Autonomous University of Yucatán and the Marist University of Mérida, and has 13 years of experience in banqueting.
Christian Bravo
Chef Asesor
Considered one of Mexico’s best chefs, with his vast experience in fine dining restaurants and premium banquets, he transforms food into unique and unforgettable experiences.
He is co-host of the program “Hombres en la cocina” (Men in the Kitchen) broadcast in Latin America on the Utilísima channel and a member of the world’s most successful cooking program “Top Chef” in its “Top Chef Mexico” version broadcast on the Sony channel.
He has worked at the restaurants Mas Pau, La Hacienda Benazuza, and Coque, the first with one Michelin star and the latter two with two Michelin stars. His experience has led him to serve at special occasions such as the Bush & Calderón bilateral meeting, former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, and he was the personal chef in Mexico of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy during his visit to our country. and has served countless media personalities, as well as destination weddings on the peninsula for more than 10 years.
